User Acceptance Acknowledgement

When you create an account (or are asked to re-confirm after a document changes), you confirm each of the statements below. We keep a record of the version you accepted, the date and time, and keyed one-way hashes of your IP address and browser, as evidence of your informed consent.

• I am at least 18 years old and the information and documents I provide are true, accurate and my own.
• I have read and accept the Candidate Terms and Conditions of Use (version 7.0).
• I have read the Candidate Privacy Notice (version 7.0) and I consent to NAZZTEC PRIVATE LIMITED processing my personal data for recruitment, as described in it.
• I understand that my data may be shared with the NAZZTEC entity hiring for a role I apply to, including outside my country, under the safeguards described in the Privacy Notice.
• I will not upload sensitive personal data (health, religion, ethnicity, biometrics or criminal records) unless NAZZTEC specifically and lawfully asks for it.
• I understand I can download my data, correct it, withdraw my consent or delete my account at any time from the Privacy & account page.
