Candidate Terms and Conditions of Use

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the NAZZTEC Careers portal at careers.nazztec.com (the "Portal"). By creating an account or applying for a role you accept these terms, the Candidate Privacy Notice and the User Acceptance Acknowledgement. If you do not accept them, do not use the Portal.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.
• You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
• Tell us immediately at privacy@nazztec.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• submit false, misleading or another person's information or documents;
• upload malware, harmful code, or files you are not entitled to share;
• attempt to access other users' data, probe, scan or test the Portal's security, or bypass any access control;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, or use automated means to apply for roles;
• use the Portal for any unlawful, discriminatory, harassing or fraudulent purpose.

4. No offer of employment

Job postings are invitations to apply. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview or offer. Offers are valid only when issued in writing by an authorised NAZZTEC entity and may be subject to background verification, right-to-work, visa and regulatory checks.

5. Recruitment fraud warning

NAZZTEC never asks candidates to pay any fee, deposit or charge at any stage of recruitment. Genuine NAZZTEC emails come only from @nazztec.com addresses. Report suspicious messages to privacy@nazztec.com.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the CV and information you submit. You grant NAZZTEC a limited licence to store, copy and process it solely for the recruitment purposes described in the Candidate Privacy Notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Portal software is owned by NAZZTEC PRIVATE LIMITED (Bengaluru, Karnataka, India) and licensed to the NAZZTEC group. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Portal secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, NAZZTEC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Portal. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer or data protection law.

9. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from Privacy & account; your data is then erased as described in the Candidate Privacy Notice.

10. Changes

When we change these terms we publish a new version number. You will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.
